James Cistern and his 7 family members were burned out of their home on Tuesday, September 7th, 2010. Within 12 hours or so, enough items were donated to fill multiple planes. Those gifts were picked up Tuesday evening in Florida and on Eleuthera at 9am Wednesday morning, thanks...
Vital Flight Pilots Helping People
Vital Flight, Inc. not only helps with the transportation of individuals with humantarian and medical needs; they also transport volunteers to-and-from humantarian projects and groups such as Bahamas Methodist Habitat who are helping communities throughout the Bahama Islands. BMH builds new homes for free and they help with home maintenance and repair. Difficult living conditions are the way of life in the Bahamas, but the work of the volunteers is helping to change that for many living in the Islands.

Hi Larry, I Cannot thank you enough for the wonderful flights! You are indeed angels to do what you do for others...where we seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus, you guys are his wings and you do so much good. BMH is doing important work in the community and throughout the islands and it is my privilege to share some photos of the people being served, the work being done, and the difficult living conditions that are just a part of life in Eleuthera.
